FAQ

It says “AI cleansing isn’t ready.”

Check that:

1. Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri: Apple Intelligence is turned on
2. Your iPhone language (Settings → General → Language & Region) matches your Siri language

Changes can take a few minutes. You can keep recording in the meantime. Once AI cleansing is ready, it runs when you open the note.

It says “AI cleansing failed.”

Your recording is saved and ready to play. Tap Try again. If you just changed system settings, wait a few minutes first.

Can I switch to another app during AI cleansing?

AI cleansing runs only while Neberu is open on screen. Switching away or locking your iPhone interrupts it, and it starts again when you come back. Your recording isn’t affected. A recording a few minutes long usually takes just a few seconds.

Which languages are supported?

Simplified Chinese and English. Change the recognition language in Settings. It applies to new recordings only.

How do I use my notes elsewhere?

In a note, tap Share, then choose Share Markdown… to export a file, or Copy all text.

Are my recordings uploaded? Do notes sync to my other devices?

Recordings aren’t uploaded, and notes don’t sync to other devices. Everything stays on your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy.
